That hole in the middle of the photo... which I guess suppose to be an impact site, is verey much striking.
Does it fit to the most universal theory about Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) ? It looks more like the plane went straight down with high velocity than just hit the ground under some slight angle with situational unawared pilot. I don't know what was the conclusions after previous Raptor mishap ..if it's already available, but I see many eventual-likely similarities with this two accidents.

What did actually happen there?
Should they ground the fleet untill the puzzle will be solved?


Btw, is the F-22 g-limited to counter the possibility to overstress the pilot?

I've locked this one up folks. Let the SIB and AIB personnel do their job. Nevermind needless internet rumors and propaganda. I'll leave this one up as a reference for others for what not to do after a mishap has occurred. I'll 86 the thread when I feel the time is appropriate.
