I haven't seen anyone wearing the CSU-17/P vest in a long time. Has the vest been completely phased out, or are there still units who wear them?

If the vest has indeed been phased out, has there been anything else in the "Combat Sweat" system that has been phased out as well? Are the bladders still being used in the helmets? What type regulator is being utilized now? The CRU-94, or are they back to the -60s?

If anyone could share their insight, I'd appreciate it.
