Asking this for Modelling purposes guys, is still the Penguin Mk3 in use whithin the RNoAF today?
Somewhere (and sadly I can't recall where) I read that MLU vipers are not carrying the penguin missile anymore, the current version of the MLU software package does not includes the missile in its inventory.
Cheers. |

| Correct, the Penguin is not used by RNoAF Vipers anymore. As I mentioned in another thread somewhere, the first MLU-converted Viper carried Penguins on the publicity photos, but the software in the MLU do not allow for the Penguing. May be that the earlies MLU-software still had some provisions for the missile, but it was surely gone by the M3-update. |

| Thanks bro, will take note of this data, somewhere between the first MLU's and earlier viper pics I got tangled. Working on a RNoAF 1/48 viper , but no penguins on it, all clear now. Cheers mate. |
