Duties include but are not limited to the following:

*Prepare and monitor Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTOs) necessary to implement Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) retrofit modifications and inspections and correct deficiencies in repair procedures on F-16 aircraft mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components

*Establish requirements for and prepare Technical Orders for field and depot level maintenance, inspection, and testing of the complete F-16 aircraft weapon system

*Assist in the preparation of Organic Change Requests (OCR) and technical feasibility studies, assembling pertinent data and coordinating technical features in cooperation with system engineers, program managers, and equipment specialists to finalize related documents for presentation to the F-16 Technical Review and Modification Review Boards

*Participate in preliminary and critical design reviews and technical proposal evaluations and studies to develop and present recommended changes based on engineering data and aircraft maintenance expertise relevant to F-16 aircraft maintainability, sustainability, reliability, and logistics supportability

*Provide technical recommendations to senior management during reviews and conferences

*Participate in accident, incident and system/equipment failure investigations

*Prepare Air Force Material Command (AFMC) Form 873 and Form 874 for the purpose of TCTO retrofits, inspections, and AFMC Form 252 Publication Change Requests to correct deficiencies within intermediate-level repair manuals

*Review and coordinate AFTO Form 22 Technical Manual Change Recommendation and Reply, and other forms as necessary to maintain assigned Technical Orders and
