Upon suggestion of some forum members, we have started a new forum called <a href="http://www.f-16.net/f-16_forum_viewforum-f-29.html"> Jobs & Careers</a>.

The forum is for job postings and employment advice. From what we heard, networking with people already in the field, with those still in the military is a huge plus. When you retire from the AF, it might sometimes be hard to find people out there in the "real world" that knew stuff about job openings that were never advertised, upcoming expansion plans, hiring practices, resume writing, salary negotiations, etc.
