Sales Manager - Aircraft Repair and Overhaul

Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an innovative, experienced Sales Manager to join its team. Candidates will work with a highly integrated team of sales professionals in support of achieving sales growth objectives within the repair and overhaul operation.

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function including assisting in opportunity identification and qualification, market research, direct sales, pricing, proposal management & writing and contract negotiation to meet all sales targets for assigned territories. Will require strategic thinking and an ability to exercise open communication among the organization. International travel is required along with relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in selling aerospace products and services to domestic and international markets. Aerospace repair and overhaul sales experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred and aerospace or military experience is a plus. Foreign language skills are a plus. Candidates will possess the following skills:
