Does anyone have any NSN for a life raft cylinder that may come already serviced? Our Life Support used to be able to order cylinders that were already serviced, but now they all come empty.
Combine Life Support and the Parachute shop. And lose 75 percent of your repair capabilities.

Why don't you just get the empty bottle and then take it over to electro environmental backshop to get it serviced/refilled? If you want NSN for the full ones.... Backshop E&E should be able to help you if they still issue them full (I know they issue emergency bailout bottles for F-22's full..... we have a hell of a time turning in unserviceable bottles though, they tell us we pretty much have to destroy them by cutting in half or drilling a hole thru cylinder) something about federal laws about transporting pressurized bottles. ridiculous
