Is it automatic in figters or do you have to adjust hot/cold manually? I'd think if you were going to altitude and back down again all the time you'd spend some considerable time keeping yourself comfortable. Would it be a distraction in combat?
It's just like your car...set a temp that feels good, and leave it there. If you get too cold, turn up the heat a little. It's not distracting unless it gets stuck full hot or full cold.
