F-16 makes emergency landing at Fiumicino AP

It was not a major engine loss, just an engine malfunction that caused one of the jets to divert and the wing man to follow. The low lube light lit up in flight.

Apparently it was <a href="aircraft-database/F-16/airframe-profile/2681/">88-0444</a>


USAF F-16C block 40 #88-0444 belonging to the 510th FS made an emergency landing at Rome's Fiumicino Airport due to an engine nozzle problem. [USAF photo]
