Paris Air Show will be held from June 23-26th This year, and the F-16C will be both on static and aerial display. Bill gigliotti will be the display pilot again,?
I think that now the F-16 will be eyed for the export market only, as THE USAF i think has no plans to induct vipers fresh off the production line, until and unless some thing goes wrong drastically with the F-35 program or a major Shift in The US DOD's strategic planning. 2025 is the cut off date for USAF F-16 Fleet, including the USANG?
All the 20odd nations operating the Viper Old and new ones will think to retire them gradually, where as nations like us, i mean pakistan will keep them flying till 2030, for MLU jet and 2045 for block-52s, as we fly a lot less as compared to other users.
Which version will be fielded at Paris Air Show this year? The Block-50/52+?
and the Block-60 is tailor made for UAE only or some time down the line it may be offered for export to other countries as well? |

| "Block-60 is tailor made for UAE only"...yes. They bought it lock, stock and barrel to include all engineering rights. The USAF will never own a Block 60...by name. |
