| As I am going to build some norwegian vipers, I asked if I could come to the Air Base in Bodø. Yesterday I was there, and finally I got to sit in the cockpit of the Bird of My Dreams! I got 90 pictures, most of them will be posted in the thread I have on "Work in progress" |

I feel i should introduce my self beeing a new guy ect: I am retired (only a week ago ) i have been into fighter aircraft for as long as i can remember I love them ,i actualy live a few yards from a front line fighter station and have seen a few air craft types change over the years ie VULCANS,PHANTOMS,TORNADOs,andnow the TYPHOON ,on the occasion ihave seen f16s,all these aircraft get the adrenalin going.  |

Welcome aboard Apeman. You listed some classic aircraft that are (were) based near you. I'm a fan of the Tornado's, Eurofighter Typhoon, and the old Vulcan flying wing bomber myself (nothing against the F-4 Phantom, just the other aircraft are a little higher on my list). You wouldn't by chance have any photos to share?
