AF:05 and CF:04 were dropped from the test program and were skipped in sequence (i.e. will never be built). BF:6 is a part of LRIP II (currently being built). CF:5,6 will probably be included in LRIP IV. As far as 12x12x12 goes; that depends on how the next 10 months go.
