Buy a Hasegawa F-16A, and a Revell F-16ADF. Build the Hasegawa kit as plans except the tail. Take the base of the tail from the revell kit (the part with the bulged base), and cut it off the rest of the tail. take the vertical stab off the Hasegawa kit and mate it to the Revell base, and viola, an ADF tail. Take the ADF specific antenna from the Rvell kit, as well as the spotlight, and plug em onto/into the Hasegawa kit. Its a really easy conversion and looks the part. HTH, good luck. Heres a pic of the one I'm doing, sorry its not that great, but you get the idea.

If you can't make it from a Tamiya kit, the answer is the same....a Tamiya kit conversion! |
