AFAIK the F-16A Block 15 OCU added the facility for the ALQ-131.

Would it be true to say the earlier blocks could use the ALQ-119?

What were the internal decoy dispensers for the Block 1-15 versions?

Safe carriage of both pods was part of the original FSD flight test program. The -119 was carried on the centerline and the -131 on station 3. Of course, that says nothing about the operational usage of the pods. When the -119 was carried on the centerline it was suspended from a special adapter, not a centerline pylon. The adapter was vertically shorter than the pylon and provided the necessary ground clearance for the -119, but no jettison capability.
