No, that is the STOVL F-35B not the CV F-35C.

NAVAIR is deed holder on all Navy and Marine Corps aircraft and does all the flight testing. Meaning its tasked with both the B&C.

Strike or Strike Test are standard markings for Navy/Marine Corps evaluation units. What's strange is the USNTPS color scheme.
