No problem Boman. Hopefully one of our USAF friends can confirm the whereabouts of these two jets as they haven't been seen with a unit for a long time.
88-0152 has been seen in the last couple of months on rework at Hill AFb and was earmarked for the 388FW but Henri makes a very valid point re the block.
Fingers crossed!

| That's correct, for F-16, A-10, F-22 and C-130. |

It is the reason Boman. Was under rework and destined for v388FW upon completion but as Henrik quite rightly states, it wouldnt make sense given the aircraft's block.
More to follow hopefully...someone?

Ok, here is my radical thought. If you look at Groom Lake on GE, there are four F-16s on the flightline in the north-west corner. These are no doubt test/chase planes for whatever goes on out there. As 86-0052, 87-0383 and 88-0152 haven't been seen for a very long time, my guess is that they operate fm GL!
Does anyone know of any other F-16s that haven't been seen for a very long time?
It goes without saying that we are unlikely to get any confirmation !
Regards

That is one heck of a thought, Mark - but very plausible, too!!!!
Maybe the non-confirmation is THE confirmation here?!
I believe You could be very right on this one, my friend!!
Cheers,
Henrik. |
