These pictures are from recent celebration of 5th Anniversary since Baltic States joined NATO. Danish F-16s performed an air show there. Smile

Just take a look how Danish Air Force maintains their Vipers - they are like new, taking into account that these are the rather early versions.

Czech Grippens depart, Luftwaffe Eurofighter Typhoons deployed. Both show awesome climb rate performance on this video:

But still we wait for Vipers to come back! Very Happy

Nice to see "new" kids on the job. I must agree with you Saintwarrior, the F-16 are something of their own. Cheers

Luftwaffe.de reports that Siauliai AFB based German Eurofighter Typhoons have intercepted Russian Airforce A-50 Mainstay AWACS aircraft over the Baltic Sea when scrambled upon request from NATO Airspace Control center in Ramstein AFB, Germany.

Kind of hard to see, but this transport looks like it is in Aeroflot markings. I love these transports, but the number and designation escapes me at the moment. Has it been that long since I have hit the reference books?

I must REALLY be getting old!!! Embarassed

P.S.: GREAT PICS!
