Either complete or its bare bone (monocoque) construction

Either A-10, F-16 or F-15

Lots of luck with that! Even ejection seats have to be de-militarized before being released to the general public and seeing how all the aircraft you listed are still in service I don't expect there would be very many spares available. Big No No You could try motoart.com which takes various refurbished aircraft parts and makes furniture out of them. Last I checked they had some seats from an F-4 Phantom see http://nexus404.com/Blog/2009/07/02/mot ... ick-exits/
and a B-52 Stratofortress available see http://www.motoart.com/seating/chairs/b ... tion-chair

I think your best bet is a replica like http://www.scsimulations.com/index.php/ ... seats.html
(note the $289 price tag).
You can check these forum posts and try to replicate there seats see http://www.f-16.net/index.php?name=PNph ... highlight=
and
http://www.f-16.net/index.php?name=PNph ... highlight=

But I think this is the closest your going to get to an F-15, F-16, A-10 seat.

Hope I didn't dash your hopes too badly there. Shrug
