Need help IDing the current serial of the F-16 marked as 388TH FW. Have this picture from Falcon Air Meet 08 of it, but can't make the serial out.


USAF F-16C block 40 #88-0500 from the 34th FS arrives at Mwaffaq Salti AB in Jordan on October 18th, 2008 for Falcon Air Meet 2008.

Asif - the serial should be 88-0500 for the "388th FW" marked plane and 88-0428 should be marked "388th OG".

Thanks Henrik, Asif and I talked off site and we thought maybe it could be 88-0500 which we have in 388th FW markings dating back to July of 2006. Scramble noted it that way last in October 2007. So it had been a full year since we could find it last noted, so Asif put it out on the forum to confirm.

No problemo old buddy!! The 388th FW is not changing "Boss Birds" so often than other units sometimes do.
