Not exactly true. The latest edition of the MLU update - I believe it's called M5 do not allow for MLU'ed Vipers to carry the Penguin. Actually hasn't since the MLU program began.
So to build a Penguin armed RNoAF Viper, it should be from 334 squadron, and pre-MLU aircraft. |

Actually That's not true. The LAU-123 which carries the Penguin missile was in the original MLU stores configuration, and I actually have a picture on my desk from of me and my buds standing with a Live Penguin Missile at a base in Norway after I proofed it using a beer can check on MLU jets.
