| How about an acronym database? (F-16 and Military related) There is a lot of technical jargon thrown around here, it would be nice to know what it all meant. Example: HUD - Heads Up Display |

| Is there a way that once an acronym is used, you could just click on it to get the meaning? Lots of websites have this and not just for acronyms |

Hey pat,
There is indeed a way to do that, but the problem we have is that there are just too many acronyms - if we link all acronyms, the site gets really slow since the system needs to "tag" the acronyms whenever you view a page.
So that's why we currently use a separate "glossary" section. It's not quite as handy, but it helps to keep down the load on the server (the site is already quite slow as is).
We'll be upgrading to a new release of the software in the next few months, and (hopefully) also to a more powerfull server, so that should speed things up!
