I am currently paying $4.68/gal for 100LL. I just filled up my truck at the local Irving for $1.74/gal. Does anyone have any insight as to why I feel like I'm getting porked at the FBO?

100 LL is a niche product in the refinery world and the lead content makes it difficult (expensive) to distribute. There are alternatives being worked on/used in certain countries.
