Not to infringe on OPSEC, but my grandmother and I are curious--do the F-16s fro m the 115th FW in Madison ever go play with the Michigan Vipers?

Just asking b/c about a month ago, I was watching the Packer game, and the finger four flew right over my house on a heading of about 090, which would put them over Lake Michigan in a few minutes.

I know I read somewhere about some CF-18s doing a flyover of an event loaded with "blue ones" and the announcer somehow said that they were going to do some practice with some New York fighters>

Anyone that has any info would be kinda cool--next time they're out I'll try and get a video of the flyover.

There is a MOA right off the east coast of Wisconsin. It is just South and East of Green Bay. I can't remember the MOA name off the top of my head, but it's a fairly large MOA and is a high MOA also, so I would assume it's normally used for AR and Air to Air work.

Hello all,

There is "Snoop" and "Big Bear" in the Ontonogan range to the north and Grayling air gunnery range and "Pike" MOA just across the Lake in Michigan.

Hope it helps.

Greetings,

Henrik.

The Minnow MOA and Restricted Area R-6903 is right off Sheboygan and there is a refueling track north of that depicted on a aviation chart
