| Roger that. She was Academy Award nominated for that performance...but even better than that, she got naked, which was the only thing that made that movie worth watching...well, at least 5 minutes of it anyway. |

I'd have loved to have been at the read-thru with Nick Cage when they discussed that par-TIC-ular scene:
Director: "OK Nick...in this scene, you'll be on a lawn chair and Liz will pull off her swimsuit and pour some vodka down her bare nekkid chest. Then you'll try to..."
Nick Cage: "Whoa...whoa...whoa there chief! Ya lost me at "Liz will pull off her swimsuit" (sotto voce: I can't be-LIEVE I'm gettin' paid to do this!)

I can understand that. Well, it's like I told my pilots after my two rides, that if we couldn't have done anything but the "Moonshot" on takeoff, then that would've been more well than worth it to me. But the rest of both rides totally kicked major @$$ too! 
Coincidentally, after flying a particular DV on the C-17, he said the same thing about the max climb on takeoff we did for him. You wouldn't think it with the size of "The Moose", but she can get up and go when you put the spurs to her!  |
