Habu2, yes you are right, 163274 was "04" (1990 to 1994)

Now the other picture with "43" as the number is 163270 of the NFWS (1987 to 1995)

I'll post all the USN block 30 bort numbers later.

I am sure the Navy does it differently, but the USAF Aggressors use the last two numbers from the tail number as the bort code.
