First of all don't rely on public databases to be that accurate. Tailspotting is not going to give you that accurate number. Each F-22 squadron is officially given a PAA (Primary Authorized Aircraft) of 18 jets. From there they can have any number of jets "assigned". Official numbers are found in the SORTS (Status of Resources and Training Systems) report sent out each week. The report ranges from Official Use Only to Classified so unless you work at the wing or pentagon you won't see it. But the PAA number is published.
