Most other nations I would agree, and although we are not invincible and make our fair share of mistakes, our forces also have been battle tested for the last few years. The Lts. and Majors and other Plt and Company leaders will become Colonels and Generals having gone through the lessons of Iraq and Afghan. With these lessons and the leadership of I would put a Marine RCT (regimental combat team) or an Army Combay Brigade up against anything the rest of the world has to offer.

Well heck, yur preaching to the choir on that. I have no doubt our guys are unmatched anywhere. I'm just tired of them dieing for a bunch of subhuman species that IMHO they are not worth one drop of American blood is all. And they certainly are not worth any of my tax dollars. Let em build their own mud huts and dirt roads far as I'm concerned.

But like ya say. At least we have gained some valuable training and experience out of it and got to test all out latest and greatest weapon. Wink Wonder where all the animals rights groups have been since we been killing all these animals over there anyhow? Wink

For such an enlightened one as you are Georgen you sure seem to not get sarcasm huh?

Ya know I enjoy reading things from quiet a few of the people on here in the areas in which they excel and have credibility. You know, they actually work with or have worked with the a/c being discussed. You, on the other hand, have absolutely zero expertise or experience on one thing you so elequently constantly dribble about on here as if God above came down and tapped you on the head with a magic wand and made you some kind of authority on the subject.

I've watched your type for over a decade on internet forums and you're all the same. You come on these net forums and try and sound important and act as if you actually know something when in fact you don't know jack. I swear every time I read one of your enlightened posts about somehting it's all I can do to keep from puking. You're such a friggin fony it's not even funny anymore to me. Go back to your college dorm or wherever it is no one in real life takes you seriously Georgen.

Beazz, if you were only being sarcastic, then disregard my views. If in some semi-humor however, you were relating some honest emotions and feelings, then it could only be valid for anyone to raise a cautionary flag against such 'over-the-top' disclosed viewpoint? Yes, thankfully everyone in the free world still has their right to an opinion of course (even me).

I rest my case Smile

You have no case. The diff in me and you is I'm not a net fony such as you. I am well aware of the fact my views on defending America are radical. My parents tell me I'm a radical all the time. I'm the same in real life. I'd bet a bottom to a dollar you're 2 completely diff people. You're here trying to impress someone and I'm just hear mostly to read and could care less about impressing anyone.

Now carry on Geogen. I'm sure some on here are drooling just waiting for your next enlightened assesment on what the US military should and shouldn't be doing. Personally I don't see how the US military has managed to make it this far when there are those like you that are so enlightened and *really* know what they should be doing and how. Maybe they are reading this and will be calling you for advice soon huh?

BTW, I've saw what most of the guys on here that actually know what they are talking about do or did do for a living. What is it you do Geogen? My guess is head hamburger flipper at Mickey D's?

see ya oh enlightened one lol

I would think a combat tour in Fallujah, Iraq would have some credibility.
