When will the next production lot of F-22's begin?

FY06 only covers up to aircraft 4126 correct?

So the next block should be 56 F-22's from FY08 and should be starting within the next 6 months...production I mean.

Are they already under production? Theres only 4 aircraft from the FY06 production lot that arent built and Holloman is to receive their 3rd through 20th Raptors starting in January..... So whats the deal? Also, has the DoD officially increased the order from 56 to 60 aircraft?
