Hi,

My name is Victor from Portuga. I am an air force military rank master sergeant and now I'm taking a course to be in the future chief master sergeant.

I'm have to present a project in the final of the course, and I need some stuff about AC PINS and TCTO's , if someone have something about this send me to my e-mail address.

Thanks

As nobody replied yet, I'm going to explain better what I need.

My individual project is about the way the delivery of TCTO are in Portugal. i need to know how you guys organize the process of TCTO. Because in Portugal most of the times the TCTO arrives to my shop to late and i have some difficulty in put this system working over wheels. Thanks for your attention.

Victor,
I don't think anyone here truly understands what your asking for. Possibly more explanation would help, but the language barrier is a problem. What are the AC pins your asking about? And confirm TCTO's for what? What do you do with wheels? What are you trying to get answered? Are you trying to learn about CDC testing? What type of course are you taking? Explain these items and some great guys/gals on this board will most likely help you out.

Automated Computer Program Identification Number System (ACPINS)

ACPINS is the automated system to order CPIN or Computer Program Identification Number. This is a number assigned to all official AF weapon system software. Like a TO number it gives each software a designation. (40 digits with 3 dashes)

From 00-5-17 - USAF COMPUTER PROGRAM IDENTIFICATION NUMBERING (CPIN) SYSTEM
Quote:
5.3.4.4 Foreign Countries. TODOs of foreign countries and their liaison officers or representatives engaged in SA shall submit AFTO Form 157 requests to the CPIN System Section or prime SCC/Managing Center. Requests shall then be transmitted to the prime SCC/Managing Center for review by the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) and applicable equipment specialists. After appropriate approvals, the requests shall be processed. For additional information, refer to Section VI.

The regulation that covers the whole AF Technical Order System is 00-5-1

Here are some references for you. Most are general operating orders, and are publicly available. If they aren't and you do have official government need-to-know you should be able to request the information through your FMS office and Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO)?

Section 4 of 00-5-1 is right there. Just open and cut and paste, or save to your hard drive. But I must say having been a TODO twice I can think of better reading material.
