This RAND document mentions the drag index of various weapons and stores configurations on the A-10, F-16 and F-15:
http://www.rand.org/pubs/monograph_repo ... 16.app.pdf
However, I'm looking for the DI value for the F-16s 300 gal centerline tank and was wondering if anyone in this forum would have that information.
Thank you in advance. |

| The reason why is you will never see a 16 in combat with a C/L. It will always be a ECM Pod of some type. |

| For training yes we use them allot. But truth be told you will NEVER see them in combat that way, at least not from the USAF. We have other aircraft that can do the A-A role. If need be we punch off the 370's and then engage. |
