| Lt. Gen. John Bradley, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, flew his last mission with the 93rd Fighter Squadron “Makos” on June 12. General Bradley visited Homestead ARB to say good-bye and thank base personnel for all their contributions made to the Reserve and the U.S. Air Force on June 10 – 12. After more than 40 years of military service and 7,000 hours flying fighter aircraft, General Bradley will relinquish command to Maj. Gen. Charles Stenner, at a ceremony in Washington D.C., on Jun 24. |

New photo essay article on the 301st FW site AFRC Commander takes final flight
A couple pasted here.
Lt Gen John "Coach" Bradley, Air Force Reserve Command commander, bids farwell to some old friends who came to watch his final F-16 flight at the Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base Carswell Field, Texas. General Bradley completed his flying career Friday, June 20, 2008, logging in over 7053 total flight hours, many with the 457th Fighter Squadron Fighting Spads.
