Hello, I am doing a presentation for the retiring General of the Iowa ANG for July. It will be a KC-135R refueling a block 30 F-16 in air using the Heller and Hasagawa kits. I have the decals for the 185th ARW "bats" out of Sioux City.......but it seems that 1/72nd decals do not exist for the 132nd out of Des Moines. ANY IDEA IF ANYONE HAS MADE SOME?

Since that tail flash is brand new, I'm guessing that no one has made them yet. Try Afterburner Decals, they would probably be your best bet. Which KC-135R model are you using, I have built a few of them and all of the kits suck, and take alot of finessing to look good?

I am using the Heller kit of the French 135.....which lends itself to even more mods. I will be attaching the tail boom to the f-16 using a coat hanger threaded thru the plastic boom.....which I just completed. Had to drill the boom out a little. I will have to scratch the recepticle for the boom on the 16.

No decals in 72nd, you'll have to try and do it yourself, or make a Blk 42 with decals from Fox One or SS. 48th scale is coming sometime later this year I hope, both AB and 2Bobs have the artwork from walk arounds I sent them last year. Good Luck.
