There is a new and exciting opportunity to continue flying the Viper as a civilian in Europe. My company has won an FMS contract to provide F-16 IPs to European countries for Viper drivers with the following qualifications:

- 1000 hours minimum in type
- Instructor qualified in F-16 on any level
- Current in Viper in last 12 months

Great opportunity for those who meet the requirements to live and fly in Europe. One year contracts with options for more. Great pay and benefits, retention bonuses, travel throughout Europe, paid flights back to the States.

If qualified and interested, contact Ratso at ratso18(at)gmail.com.

Immediate openings available. Signing bonus if able to start in under three weeks.

Send resume and contact information quickly. Slots are filling up fast.

I am very sad.........I keep seeing folks post one time and looking for people who have no idea what they are looking for. ViperKeeper and I have had issues in the past but at least we know what we are talking about. With that said I am sick of seeing postings for company's that are using this for personel gain, without being regular posters.

I think if you are an employer advertising job openings on this site you should do several things:

1) not use an alias
2) use a real company e-mail address, not g-mail or some other all-purpose e-mail address
3) guarantee a response to all posters who reply to the offer
4) post a follow-up when the slots are filled
5) if it's a real job, post a link to the company web site where the full requisition should be published

Anybody else who sees something I missed, jump on in.

Best Regards,
