Hey guys,

I just started a big project, building the F-16 in 1/20 scale from scratch.

The In-Progress is at ARC -

Rather inauspicious start to the project, with the pylon eh? Looking good. When will you start on the meat of the project?

I started with this part just for making tests of the different materials that will be used later in this project. I also started to make the 300 gal fuel tank and it should be completed in a few days.
I'm planning to buy the 1/48 tamiya f-16 and it will be my "guide" trough
the building process.

Roger that. And that's an excellent guide to chose for the build Wink

Wow, next to the 1/72 scale pylon you really get a sense of the size. Good luck, I'd love to see updates!

good old fashioned board drafting I see you got going there. Coming from a classically trained drafter, I give you props!

Your project is going well, but it looks to me like the horizontal stab is out of proportion. I would also leave the rivet lines out, you really never see them anyway.

Best Regards,
