Does anybody know how to build a Y Cord? Any help would be greatly appricated!

easy,

take your comm cord, solder an extra set of leads on the male end to whatever length you desire and cap the other end of that cord with a female connection (same as in the aircraft) presto!! Y-cord

Check the 23GS - there's a monster three-way comm cord in there, and another version in the 94GS. Neither one has the PTT ends installed, they are just designed to plug in additional normal comm cords, but you should get a good idea of the wiring involved.
