Growing up about a mile from the base I'd hear aircraft all the time. Living further south now (Bountiful/Centerville area) I rarely hear military aircraft anymore. Last night I was hearing the things for hours up until midnight or so. Sounded like they were flying up and down the Wasatch Front in afterburner or something. Anything that can be discussed? |

Yeah - they were night flying. It happens in a lot of Viper units! The only difference was last night the winds were out of the north, so they were using the opposite runway than they usually use.

Hi
I know there are some Royal Netherlands AF F-16's from Volkel AB over at Hill AFB for several weeks, and they are scheduled to fly until late in the evening. I guess that may have something to do with it as well.
Greetings, Theo
