I'm sure in the near future I'll get my grubby hands on a ESTER, as for now, with the block 30C+ we have, parent station loading(1760 pylon) for GBU-38's only... we still ain't got BRU racks yet!

The Smart TER (ESTER) is a reality by simply adding the smart electronics from the BRU-57. 3 x 38's and SDB are doable, just have to make Seek Eagle happy.

What if I told you it could also easily and inexpensively be converted to pneumatic operation with no new support equipment? Cool huh!

Cool yes, but not likely. We worked on a non-cart version a few years ago, but it was shot down.
It seems the AF uses them to expend carts that are going out of service. A cheap way to dispose of old carts.

Knowing E-Dough (now ITT), ESTER may be pretty but we can't adfford it just like the BRU-57 from E-Dough that we can't afford... Evil or Very Mad

ESTER is very affordable as compared to any other smart rack. In fact, ESTER is currently under a bridge contract with ANG.
