If you're close enough to see one pop open and fire in anger I doubt you'll worry about how fast it occurred!?! Let alone if it were pneumatic, hydraulic, pyrotechnic or gravity.
They do say "First Look, First Shot, First Kill"
The don't say "Look in X seconds, Shoot in Y seconds, Kill in Z seconds".... I'm sure there is a reason.
And now that we have all the key words on one page; OPSEC, F-22, Raptor, classified, forum, etc.... Everyone wave at the nice alphabet agent reading the page over for infractions. |

Thanks for letting us know what we already know, 1st time poster. Maybe you'd like to introduce yourself?

The doors open and the missile fires. That's all that SHOULD be said about the system. If someone wants the information and it's truly released, either let them find it for themselves (since it's "open source") or cite your proof for saying it's not a concern in regards to OPSEC. Since it's been published "numerous times" I'm sure you won't have any problem citing your claim.
That good enough for ya sparky?

edit: BTW since I don't have access to $hit that's classified it's a safe bet I won't be blabbing about it.
Sparky? Thanks for the link champ.

Never had any ambition to be one of the alphabet guys, but I'll take their pay. |

My pleasure. Wouldn't want you getting your panties in a wad because someone dared to talk about something you didn't personally clear. |

Seemed to me that you were the one getting your panties in a bunch because a "new" guy asked you to cite your information. |
