Always had fond memories of the 'Vark.

Fun trivia fact: A Spark 'Vark crew actually got an AA kill in ODS! Iraqi pilot thought he could slip in on the EF's 6 and get an easy kill. The EF crew lit the pipes, got down low and fast, and the Iraqi augered in trying to catch up. |

| yeah I heard about that one too when I got to Cannon...they lit full zone 5 and dialed in 200ft on the TFR...let the stupid Mirage or MiG fly straight into the dirt... |

All this talk about the Vark makes me believe that this thread should be moved to the Other Military Aircraft page. Anyway, I've had these for awhile, and this thread reminded me of it. There aren't too many things that look badder than a Vark in SEA camo, with the pipes lit!  |
