I checked the chart at the usual suspect (site).

F-16. WW 78-053.
"35 FW" on tail fin.
"City of Wenatchee" on tail fin root.

Why is it dedicated to Wenatchee, Washington, USA?
Also at Misawa AB is a F-16 tail fin monument.
Only "WW" and "35 FW". No serial number.
Yellow stripe on left side. Red stripe on right side.

F-16A Block 1. WW 78-021.
Although it wears "35 FW" on tail fin, it was instructional airframe for ground crew.
BTW, do you count displayed/preserved XF-2 (FS-X) in Japan? |

We do have a photo gallery for F-2 photos. So far no serial database yet. We will have one eventually once we get other stuff cleared away.
Tak shots anyway and we'll add them to the gallery. |

81-0816 is still preserved at Atlantic City, it's in good company along with a F-100F and F-106B. I will try to get a pic for you soon. They used to have the Nav lights come on at night but not any more.

| I have uploaded a photo of 78-0025 now preserved at the entrance of the VT ANG base in Burlington, VT. The aircraft was painted and dedicated during the 60th anniversary in August 2006. If I remember right, that particular plane was a load trainer with the 177th FW before it was sent to Vermont for display. |

It is. They took down both F-4s and put up the Viper and an F-15A. Both jets have no markings to this date. I shot them both just a couple days after they were put up if you still want photos.
The MiG killer F-4 went to a museum in Georgia, while the other F-4 is parked outside the restoration hangar at the museum awaiting its fate.

Joris, looks like you are correct about 78-0042 and 78-0061. And 78-0042, the photo we have of it, is during its time period as an instructional trainer. So we may need a photo of 78-0042 in its preserved location. |
