A pilot on a routine practice run found his engine gauge malfunctioning in flight. Without the gauge, it is hard to tell the status of the plane's engine.

The plane landed safely and the pilot was unharmed.

About two weeks ago, there was a similar incident in which an F-16 (#86-0215) from the 194 FS landed at the Fresno International Airport after experiencing some type of engine concerns.

The pilot flew around for close to an hour burning fuel before finally landing.
