I have been with the Turkish Air Force for 22 years on F-16. I started to work at 8.main jet base first, then I worked at 9.main jet base in Balikesir as last I got retired while working on 4.main jet base in Akinci/ANKARA. I worked on F-16 in flight line and phase inspection shop. I was a Flightline Chief for 12 years and Phase Inspection Chief for 5 years and I had been working as a Crew Chief on the flightline for 5 years. Iive been retired since 2004. I am married and have two kids.

Current or Favourite assignment

I worked on all parts on F-16 and I solved many kinds of malfunction. I can fix and repair every parts on the F-16. Our assigment in TuAF as a Crew Chief we are responsible everything on F-16.

Deployments

I started to work at TuAF in 8.main jet base in the Phase Inspection Shop. 6 years then I was assigned to 9.main jet base and again worked on Phase Inspection. While I was at 9.main jet base I had been assigned to Air Language School for 1 year to learn English and 1 year at Technical Training Center on the F-16. Than I was assigned to 4.main jet base to the flightline and I had been worked as a flightline supervisor . I have participated in NATO missions many times like Bosnia, Red Flag etc..

You know that if you are supervisor in flightline you are responsible from everything and I had maybe thousands story on F-16 I changed adg on this aircraft just before 1 week my retirement.
