I worked with the 562AMU at George. Was an F4E Crew Dog..from 83-86.. then went to Osan AB Korea for a year..in Transient Alert..blue suiter with boots..The plane I was crew chief on was a #2 Thunderbird back in 1968.. She did two tours of duty in NAM and never went down... At George I had a run and taxi license...and always took good care of her..She was the only bird in the F4 Fleet at George to obtain a black letter in the maintenance forms...you know what I'm saying? right?
