Been on the F-16 for 16 years and I'm moving to a different airframe at Langley.

Current or Favourite assignment

Misawa was the best assignment I ever had. Worked with some of the best crew chiefs like Larry Bredwell, Bobby Crews, Lonnie Nicholson, Tom Doyle, Jason Lansford, Satan, Christpher Smitty Smith, Ken Ward, Bryan Pullin, Hunter and Santos Monty Montalvo. Had three of the best flight chiefs there Dwayne Settle, Dale Sady and Bob Ruff.

Deployments

Been all around the world Saudia Arabia, Aviano, Australia, Alaska, Thailand, Diego Garcia, Japan, Korea, Guam, Singapore, Spain and Turkey.

I was ADCC to JR Ewing. Met my mentor in the AF, Bob Leydig. One of the hardest working CC's I've seen. Went to school with John Burton, Chris Stegent, Brian Lorton, Dan House and Juicy. Man we had fun at MacDill.

I was only DCC for about a year and a half, then I went to Phase. Some Flight Chiefs named it spot! Capt Ken "EZ" Riser was my pilot.

Unit 69th Fighter Squadron "Werewolves" [Unit History]
Period 1999 - 2001
Current: 89005   USAF 175 FS F-16C Block 40 [ act]
Clean jet while in the 69th FS. DCC for BG Gene Renuart. Worked with guys like Dana Clapp and Robert Cox.

Lost the wing acft and was given the bus. Lost it in Feb 2000.

Went back to Balls Five when the 69th closed down. I was the DCC for BG John Rosa. Got to work with Bob Leydig again.
Unit 36th Fighter Squadron "Flying Fiends" [History]
Period 2001 - 2002
Worked the phase dock in Korea. Worked with some good CC's like Trent Perry, Pat Tinky Fowler, and Dave Baterson. Had the best OIC Capt Christina Miller.
Unit 555th Fighter Squadron "Triple Nickel" [History]
Period 2002 - 2006
Worked on alot of the same acft from Moody. Went to Phase and then QA. Worked with some of the best inspectors like Satan, Birddog, Big Bird, Hoss, T-Bone, and John Yanni.
Unit 27 AMXS
Period 2006 - 2007
Got put on staff in programs for 27th AMXS. I was the USR for 1 year 4 months. That was long enough at Cannon.

Hey Mike, you listed some great Crew Dawgs that we worked with at Misawa, I hope I was not that bad of an expeditor that you did not mention me in your list...Ha ha...Just kidding, I enjoyed working with all you guys in the 13th it was a lot of fun and hard work!
