| Well I joined the USAF in 2000, and was assigned to Cannon AFB, New Mexico for my first duty station. While I was there I was assigned to the 524FS until AMXS came back and then was assigned to the 27 AMXS / 524 AMU (So much better as a Fighter Squadron!). While at Cannon, I had the joy of going to Kuwait and help kick off OIF, it was a fine six months! I left Cannon shortly after returning home from there in Aug of 2003. I had gotten an assignment to Aviano AB, Italy. I arrived at Aviano in Sept of 2003 to start my three year tour (sound familiar just a three hour tour??). Anyway, shortly after getting to Aviano, I had the joy of being deployed to Qatar, only after a few months of being on station, nice right? Been to Iraq twice and now getting ready to PCS to Seymour Johnson to work on the glorious F-15 which by the way i have no experience with at all! | ||
