Left main tire blew after rotation during a take off from Alburquerque, New Mexico. Damage also was sustained when debris made a hole in the lower finger brace panel which is important to the the structure. It is thought to be repairable, but unknown if the wing will need to be replaced.

The aircraft crashed at 6:30 hours over rugged terrain in Yenice. The two pilots, Captain Fatih Devravut and Lieutenant Fatih Keskin, where killed in this accident. The aircraft took off from Akinci AB (Murted) in the morning for a training flight when it disappeared from radar screens.
18 Mar 2005 [ w/o] 92927 92- 3927 USAF 16 WS F-16D Block 52 P Details
Crashed at the end of the runway at 8:34am while attemtping to land at Nellis AFB. The pilot ejected safely but was taken to the hospital to be treated for scratches. A briefcase got loose on the back-seat and jammed the throttle making it unable for the pilot to shut down the afterburner. The accident happened because the pilot failed to comply with emergency procedures.

Crashed into a marshland area next to Ashley River near Charleston, South Carolina at about 5 pm local time. The aircraft was from the 55th FS but the crew were from the 77th FS. Both of them (Major Steve Granger and Lt.Col. Maurice Salcedo) ejected safely and walked away but were examined at hospital as a precaution. The aircraft was on a routine training mission when it lost engine power.

Came in to low for landing and struck some runway lights which caused the main landing gear to collapse. Colonel Douglas Fick stayed with the aircraft and was uninjured. The landing happened in severe weather conditions which made the pilot to abort two consequent landing attempts. Trying for a third attempt, he came in too low.

The aircraft was on a routine training mission at 11:00 hours local time when the pilot noticed a landing gear malfunction. Shortly after touchdown, while still moving at 140 knots, the pilot noticed the port main landing gear was not supporting the plane. The landing gear collapsed and the left wing hit the runway, making the F-16 veer of the runway sharply. The crew ejected immediately, and moments later the aircraft overturned. Both crewmembers survived the ejection. Aircraft as of 2011 is still being repaired to return to flight.

Chalks wash out on F-16C #90-0809 during storm and the aircraft rolled into F-16C #91-0374 causing wing tip missile to puncture 374 right under nose. Unknown if the aircraft was marked 53 TEG at the time or not.

Chalks wash out on F-16C #90-0809 during storm and the aircraft rolled into F-16C #91-0374 causing wing tip missile to puncture 374 right under nose.

The aircraft veered off the runway while landing at Chia Yi AB.
28 Jun 2005 [ w/o] 87337 87- 0337 USAF 120 FS F-16C Block 30 J News Article Details
The pilot tried to land the plane at Lamar Airport after some fire warnings went off in the cockpit. When the pilot, Julian Clay, realized he wouldn't be able to stop before hitting the end of the runway, he ejected, only suffering minor injuries. After the ejection the plane ran off the runway and split in two. This was the second ejection of this pilot, already ejecting from #86-0325.

The nosewheel collapsed when taxiing to the runway at Kleine Brogel AB.
09 Sep 2005 [ w/o] FA-112 87- 0056 BAF 1 sqn F-16A Block 20 MLU News Article Details
Crashed in the North Sea near the Dutch island 'Vlieland' at around 10:55am local. The pilot, Cdt. Fabrice Massaux, was killed in this accident. A four-ship formation was practising strafe runs over the Vliehors training range when one of the F-16s crashed. Circumstances are still unknown and pending investigation.

Ran off the runway at Balad AB. Aircraft was dissassembled and returned to Homestead, Florida in crates and aboard a 40 foot flatbed trailer. The depot team from Hill AFB repaired the structural damage.
