Mid-air collision with F-16B (82-1042) during a training sortie including BFM. The aircraft landed safely.

Crashed at Peoria, Illinois due to a mid-air collision with F-16A (82-0916) during a BFM training sortie. The F-16A came up from below and impacted the F-16B. The crew ejected with only minor injuries while the F-16A landed safely.

Went down in the Aegean Sea off Skiros island, while on training mission. Pilot ejected safely
27 Jul 1993 [ w/o] 86275 86- 0275 USAF 35 FS F-16C Block 30 D Details
In poor weather this F-16 landed on top of F-16C (87-0335) which was trying to take off . Pilot Lt. Col. Ralph Earl "Bark" Gardner who had just arrived at Kunsan AB, Korea from MacDill AFB was killed. The 56th FW which was closing down had just enough aircraft to fly for his memorial.

Was preparing for take off when F-16C (86-0275) landed on top of it. One of the pilots, Lt. Col. Ralph Earl "Bark" Gardner who had just arrived at Kunsan AB, Korea from MacDill AFB was killed. The 56th FW which was closing down had just enough aircraft to fly for his memorial.
09 Aug 1993 [ w/o] J-645 80- 3645 RNlAF 306 sqn F-16A Block 15 K Details
Lost very shortly after takeoff from Volkel AB. After performing touch and goes it suffered an engine failure. The pilot, Jacob "Holy" Andringa, ejected safely. Accident was caused by a problem with the control of the inlet guide vianes.
10 Aug 1993 [ w/o] 86250 86- 0250 USAF 414 CTS F-16C Block 32 C Details
Wore the Su-27 colour scheme and numbered '50' at the time of the mishap. The pilot, Captain James Reynolds, did not survive this crash. After performing an F-15 engagement he put his airfraft in a 90° nose down flight, starting recovery too late. He probably misjudged the altitude he was at and the F-16 hit the ground recovering with the pilot not ejecting.
11 Aug 1993 [ w/o] 86343 86- 0343 USAF 23 FS F-16C Block 30 E Details
This aircraft was lost on a Deny Flight mission out of Aviano AB, in Italy. Towards the end of the mission, just south of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the engine lost power (stall). The pilot was able to get enough out of the engine to make it to the Croatian.Coast and he was able to eject over a small island in the Adriatic, while the aircraft went down offshore. The pilot ejected safely and suffered no injuries.
27 Aug 1993 [ w/o] 82990 82- 0990 USAF 134 FS F-16A Block 15 N ADF Details
Crashed at the Cape May County Airport, New Jersey. The aircraft was owned by the Vermont ANG. The aircraft suffered a dual engine stall and the pilot engaged in a simulated flame out (SFO) approach and succeeded, but could stop before the end of the runway and ejected safely before the aircrfta left the runway.

Hit power lines at 450 ft near Neochorion, Greece. Cdt. Dirk Claeys ejected safely
09 Sep 1993 [ w/o] 9928 90- 0924 EAF 262 TFB F-16C Block 40 L Details
11 Sep 1993 [ w/o] 81779 81- 0779 USAF 169 FS F-16A Block 15 G ADF Details
The aircraft was completely destroyed in a crash. It impacted the ground near Union, Missouri due to bearing failure. The pilot ejected safely.
27 Sep 1993 [ act] 86212 86- 0212 USAF 302 FS F-16C Block 32 C AIB Report Details
The aircraft collided with F-16 (#86-0253) over Gila Bend, Arizona during BFM manouvering. The aircraft was extremely damaged with the right wing being bent 90° upwards. The pilot managed to keep control of the aircraft and land it at Gila Bend with a slightly faster landing speed to keep control of the F-16.
27 Sep 1993 [ w/o] 86253 86- 0253 USAF 302 FS F-16C Block 32 C Details
Collided at Gila Bend, Arizona at 12:29 hours with an F-16 (#86-0212) which landed safely. During BFM both aircraft rejoined each other and hit. The pilot, Major James Leslie, ejected safely.
