Crashed on the Konya ranges, Turkey. The aircraft had suffered an engine failure. Capt Martin ejected safely.

Impacted the ground near Shaw AFB, South Carolina. On the return flight of an exercise the pilot, Captain Bradley S. Johnson, noticed fuel issues. He tried to land, but when he saw he couldn't make it, he ejected.

Smashed between the east & westbound lanes on I-84 near South Weber, Utah. The pilot ejected safely. Cause of the crash was an engine nozzle failure immediately after take-off from Hill AFB. The pilot attempted to land at Hill, but thrust was insufficient

Collided in mid air with Mirage 2000EG (238), from the 332 Mira. The accident happened near the Island of Skiros (Pelagos) during a DACT exercise. The pilot from the Mirage, D Bratzios, was rescued but the F-16 pilot, Captain A Bridak was killed

Ingested a bird while en route to a range from Bergstrom AFB, Texas. The pilot, Lt. Col. Jimmie G. Mills, pulled up to gain altitude, but wingman said to eject when he saw fire in the engine. He ejected safely.

Crashed at Twin Falls, Idaho killing the pilot. The aircraft pieces were brought back to NAS Miramar.
18 Dec 1992 [ pre] J-238 78- 0238 RNlAF 322 sqn F-16A Block 10 Details
Departed the runway during a landing. The aircraft rolled over injuring the pilot, who ejected. He was attempting to land at Leeuwarden AB. This was the second crash of this airframe.
