Went down near Maubeuge (Ferrier-La-Petite), France. Pilot, Major Gommaire Van Beneden, ejected safely

Fell out of the sky near Bourseigne-La-Vielle (near Gedinne), Belgium during a low-level exercise. The aircraft hit the ground during a turn and was piloted by Lieutenant Yvan Stoffijn, who was killed.

The pilot, Captain Gal Weisberg, was killed during this mishap.

Crashed near Zaragosa, Spain. The pilot ejected safely

The pilot, 1st Lieutenant Ralph Cyr, tried to land in bad foggy weather during night at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The aircraft impacted some pine trees not far from Shaw AFB, avoiding a trailer park. The pilot mistakenly saw street lights for the runway lights and was able to light the afterburner to avoid an impact in the trailer park but was already to low to avoid a crash. The lieutenant was killed in the accident.

Crashed while flying a mission from CAF Cold Lake. The crash was caused by an engine flame-out. The pilot ejected safely.

Crashed near Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The pilot, Lieutenant Colonel Eric Oliver, didn't survive the crash.

Crashed into the North Sea near Ameland, Netherlands. The pilot, Bas Pellemans ejected safely and was rescued.
04 Dec 1986 [ act] 85423 85- 1423 USAF 312 TFTS F-16C Block 25 F Details
This aircraft had a ADG failure on December 4, 1986 had to IFE into Goodyear airport. Student pilot in a four ship formation had to fly around a Beachcraft Bonanza on the runway, touched down and skidded onto the overrun at the end of the runway. The local airport Fire Department put out the fire in the brakes. Aircraft engine was replaced and flew back to Luke on December 8, 1986. No damage to the airframe.

Lost during landing after the engine failed. Major Boaz Nehorai was killed. After the aircraft suffered an engine failure, the pilot tried to land at an abondoned airstrip in de desert. He was able to land the F-16, but couldn't stop before the end of the runway. The aircraft tumbled up-side down and cought fire. The pilot stayed with the aircraft.

The aircraft took off from Sargodha AB and hit a wild boar causing the two pilots to eject. One of them was Sqn Ldr Faaiz Amir.
