Used as a GBU-8 (HOBOS) testbed. The weapon was never fielded on the F-16. The aircraft was equipped with the enlarged block 15 stabs and also received an anti-spin chute recovery system.

Was painted like the original prototypes to recreate the roll-out ceremony for the 25th anniversary of the F-16. The aircraft however is mostly stored in the 416th FLTS hanger.
